Who are we?

The Center for promoting lifelong learning – CPIP is a non-governmental, non-profit institution active in the educational and social field.

Lifelong Learning
We promote the culture of “lifelong learning” through the active involvement of community members in developing a coherent implementation strategy of the concept and practice of lifelong learning.
Social involvement
We develop specific programs which facilitate the communication of the asociation’s values within a heterogenous, multiethnic, multilingual, multicultural community.
Counseling and training
We organize permanent and temporary classes, seminars, and workshops with internal and international attendance.
Project development
We develop alternative programs with an educational or informative character.

What do we do?

We develop national and international projects on various social and educational topics. Our projects are co-financed by the European Commission wthrough various programs designed for education, culture and audio-visual tools


Our expertise has over 10 years of activity in the field of training and education on the European market, focusing on projects co-financed by the European Commission.

Project devlopment

Our team has has vast experience in all segments of a co-financed project, from coming up with the idea up untill delivering the final report and further exploiting the results.


Our specialists, with solid training in educational sciences, are ready to work on a training concept from the initial phase of objective and competency list to the actual delivery and evaluation of the experience. We have developed a team focused on training which is up to date with the newest methods and capable of incorporating mobile technology and virtual learning platforms into any concept.

External evaluation

One of the strong points of CPIP is the cummulation of knowledge and a competitive team with a complex perspective on project implementation at a European level. We are qualified to have an impartial oppinion, a role which receives more and more importance in the evaluation of co-financed projects as a quality assurance measure.

The team

After over 10 years of experience, our extended team brings together over 20 experts from fields such as educational sciences, business administration, finance and accounting, public policies, rural development and agriculture, and many other fields conected with educational projects co-financed by the European Commussion.

Rodica Pana

CPIP director, expert in finances and accounting, Rodica manages co-financed projects since 1998. She is specialized as a trainer for interetnic communities and is a master trainer in the dialogical method.

Alexandra Pana

Alexandra is the team linguist and expert in entrepreneurship. She has been developing projects in human resources and SME support since 2011.

Daiana Huber

Expert in educational and political sciences, Daiana is focused on urban safety and security, developing projects for local communities since 2008.

Valentina Doades

Having a master degree in Human Resources Management, Valentina Doandes is our newest member in the team. She joined the team at late 2014 and she deals with the part of management assisting and secretarial support.

Andreea Micu

Andreea is the team’s project assistant, responsable with the implementation of agricultural project’s activities.Her goal is to deliver effective and highly competent project support development.
