As part of the ETHLAE transnational project activities hosted in Timișoara 20-21 Jan 2026, our team at CPIP successfully organised a Capacity Building Lab, bringing together project partners and local representatives for an in-depth learning and reflection experience. The Lab was designed as a dynamic space for dialogue, collaboration, and practical exploration, focusing on strengthening participants’ capacity to work with innovative educational approaches within their organisations and communities.

Throughout the sessions, participants were encouraged to reflect on current challenges they face in education and training, particularly in the context of rapid technological and societal change. Through interactive discussions, group work, and peer exchanges, the Lab enabled participants to identify good practices, share experiences from their local contexts, and explore new perspectives on learning design and implementation. This collective reflection fostered mutual learning and highlighted the value of cross-sector and cross-country collaboration.

A key focus of the Capacity Building Lab was the practical application of innovative and learner-centred educational approaches. Participants engaged with concrete examples, tools, and scenarios that can support more inclusive, effective, and future-oriented learning experiences. The Lab also offered opportunities to connect theory with practice, helping participants translate project concepts into actionable ideas that can be adapted to their own organisational and community settings.

By bringing together diverse voices and expertise, the Capacity Building Lab in Timișoara contributed to strengthening professional competencies, expanding networks, and reinforcing a shared commitment to innovation in education.

CPIP is proud to have hosted this meaningful learning experience, which represents an important step toward empowering organisations and educators to create sustainable impact and drive positive change at local and European levels.
