Between 7-9 September 2026, CPIP Romania – Centrul pentru Promovarea Învățării Permanente had the opportunity to be part of the CoP CoVEs Forum on Vocational Excellence 2026 in Graz, Austria.
For us, it was an opportunity to bring CPIP’s experience, initiatives and perspectives into the European conversation on vocational excellence and to connect our work with a wider community of organisations, educators and experts working to shape the future of skills and learning.
At the Forum, we shared our experience from the Liberate Skills Pact and initiatives focused on competence profiles centred on correctional pedagogy, including micro-credentials and new opportunities for the training, professional development and recognition of educators. The event allowed us to:
- showcase initiatives developed and implemented by CPIP within the European community
- exchange experiences and good practices with organisations from across Europe
- learn from innovative approaches to vocational excellence
- strengthen connections and identify opportunities for future cooperation and
- reflect on how our work can contribute to more flexible, inclusive and innovative learning and skills pathways.
A particularly valuable moment was our contribution to the workshop “EU4Dual Experience – Joint Dual Micro-Credentials: Challenges and the Way Forward.” We had a dedicated session to share experiences and discuss the contribution of joint dual micro-credentials to the development of innovative learning and skills pathways.
For CPIP, being part of this Forum means being part of a European community that learns from one another, shares solutions and works together to strengthening vocational excellence in Europe and beyond.
