The two-day 26-27 November 2025, held under the MetaVET+ initiative, brought together experts and practitioners from across Europe for an exchange of insights, ideas and expertise. Day 1 set the foundations by exploring key concepts and frameworks relevant to the initiative’s goals, while Day 2 highlighted practical projects that demonstrate how organisations are adapting to digital transformation and evolving labour-market demands.

  • Competence Frameworks & Portability of Skills, By Daiana Huber – CPIP: Clarifying core concepts around micro-credentials and portability, giving participants a shared language for the PLA discussions. Her session helped align understanding across organisations, ensuring smoother collaboration during the activities.
  • Skills for Emerging Sectors in STEM, By Rocha Cole – Formaziona: Outlining key priorities in STEM development and highlighted the skills needed for emerging sectors. This provided participants with a strategic lens for identifying future talent needs within their own projects.
  • Upskilling of Adults, By Krisztina Véghné – Hungary Experts: How digitalisation and the green transition are reshaping workforce requirements. Her insights helped participants connect PLA discussions to real labour-market shifts and adult learning needs.
