Between 24-25 June 2025 our team participated in the workshop “Mentoring with Purpose. Empowering through Practice”, hosted in Palermo, Italy under the M-PAVE project European initiative dedicated to innovation in vocational education and training.

Organized in cooperation between RICHTUNGSWECHSEL and Promimpresa Euprojects, the event brought together professionals and experts across Europe to exchange best practices and explore hands-on mentoring strategies in the correctional system!

We were excited to contribute, learn, support the future of mentoring and professionalisation of correctional professionals!
