The project plans to achieve those aims through developing innovative training resources from the Naturaliter project by in depth updated need analysis, adapted competences for the new skills, transfer to the new countries and target users.
Rural areas can offer alternatives for sustainable activities and job creation. Youngsters and women can be subjects of a new agriculture revival. One of the main difficulties is linked to lack of competences, know-how, training and entrepreneurship.
