The projectwillcontributetoeliminatingdiscrimination, promotinginterculturalism, integrationand social inclusionbyempowering andup-skilling a group of peoplewhohave direct experiences of migrationand of living in at leasttwo cultures.
Project isaddressedtocompanieshiringmigrants, NGOssupportingmigrantsand public administration. In particular projectisaddressedtopeopleworkingwithmigrants (futuremediators) – who are direct users of projects’ results. Indirect targetgroup are employees of companiesemployingmigrants, families of migrants; service providers; local societies; training institutions (whichwillbeabletotrainthe Intercultural Mediator).

IO3: Development of syllabus, handbookandtoolbox for Intercultural Mediator
-The result ofIO3 istodevelop an innovativedevelopmentpath/program andprovide Mediator withtoolsandsolutions (handbook, toolbox) thatwillallowhim/hertoeffectivelyperform a new role.
