L2 LIFESTYLE – EFFECTIVE COACHING OF LANGUAGE STUDENTS IN EUROPE
The L2 Lifestyle project aims at strengthening the recruitment, selection and induction of the best and most suitable candidates for the teaching profession (also educators and facilitators in general, in formal and non-formal learning), and actions supporting the promotion of high-quality and innovative teaching in all educational sectors, training and youth work by fostering diversity in classrooms, use of innovative teaching content, methods and tools, work-based and informal learning contexts and processes.
The objective of this project is to sustain the development of communication skills for foreign language teachers: softs skills, insights of emotional intelligence and neuro-linguistic programming, whilst applying a range of motivational coaching techniques in teaching.
The Center for promoting lifelong learning – CPIP is a non-governmental, non-profit institution active in the educational and social field. We devlop national and international projects on various social and educational topics.
