RDaVR

RDaVR – „Restorative Dialogue Against Violent Radicalisation”

The project primarily aims to support adults in acquiring and developing key competences (such as the dialogue method of restorative justice) with the ultimate objective of helping them to perform their work with those involved or at risk of violent radicalisation and group violence.

The project consortium brings together seven organisations from six corners of Europe:

  • Tuzla Halk Egitimi Merkezi from Turkey
  • Casa Eslava from Spain

The project is based on three Intellectual Outputs (IO), namely:

IO1 – RDaVR Training Programme

-split into three phases leading to the design and development of the RDaVR Training Programme face-to-face course for criminal justice professionals (prison and probation staff, police, prosecutors, community practitioners) working with offenders, ex-offenders or individuals at risk of violent radicalisation/ group offending.

IO2 – RDaVR E-course

-the design, development and implementation of the RDaVR e-course based on the face to face course material and the continuous learning from the pilots and user feedback.

IO3 – RDaVR E-book

-this Output will bring together all the research, pilots, learning and findings of the project into one e-book that will feature chapters in the participating languages as well as a comparative chapter in English.
