On 15 May 2025, partner P2 within the PICTURES project successfully organized a structured public hearing, engaging students, professionals, and civil society representatives in a meaningful dialogue. The event focused on assessing the career support needs related to emerging adults in justice and correctional pedagogy, aiming to better understand the challenges and opportunities in this evolving field.

Additionally, participants were introduced to the national strategy for establishing dedicated HUBs, which will serve as collaborative spaces for professional development, innovation, and support in the sector. This initiative marks an important step toward building a stronger, more responsive framework for career guidance and capacity building in the justice and correctional education landscape.
