CPIP Romania – Centrul pentru Promovarea Invatarii Permanente extends our appreciation to the Penitenciarul Timișoara for the invitation to participate in the event “Society’s Intervention in the Post-Detention Area, Aimed at Reducing Recidivism”, organized at the beginning of November 2025. A valuable initiative highlighting the crucial role of work and community engagement in the reintegration process of people with lived experience!

Our participation in this event provided the opportunity to present the European projects currently being implemented in collaboration with the Timișoara Penitentiary. These initiatives aim to strengthen skills, create opportunities for inclusion, and support the processes of rehabilitation and social reintegration!

We highly appreciate the openness and commitment of all partner institutions in promoting an integrated approach to post-detention reintegration: one grounded in education, vocational training, and interinstitutional cooperation.
