She is skilled in Mastermind, Consumer Behavior, Youth Development, Mentoring, Coaching, Entrepreneurship, Campaign Management, Event Management, and Social Media. She has a wide expertise in developing and implementing projects under ERASMUS+. Fluent in English and Spanish.
Bachelor degree in Educational Sciences – Pedagogy and a master degree in Adult Education. Working in adult education since 2011, on various EU funded projects on basic skills, workplace learning, validation of competences, professionalisation of adult learning staff. Also previously active in a wide range of EU networks and initiatives: member of the Executive Committee of EBSN (European Basic Skills Network), member of the Management Board of ELINET (European Literacy Policy Network) and also expert in the research group on adult education, former EPALE Thematic Coordinator for Life Skills.
Graduate in International Relations and European Studies, currently studying a Master program in the field of Human Resources Management. Social and educational themes are a major point of interest and during the years of study, she was involved in volunteer and tutoring projects. Vast experience in organizing socio-educational activities. Since October 2019 she is the Communication Officer of the CPIP`s team. Fluent in English and French.
Flavius is a senior specialist in administrative management and logistics, with master degree in Accounting and Finances. He is fluent in English and Italian. As a passionate beekeeper and the naturalist of CPIP’s team, he is bringing valuable contribution to all our projects concerning regional and rural development.
Law graduated of the West University of Timisoara, with specialization in Constitutional Law. He has participated in several educational programs within the faculty, including an internship at the Timisoara Court of Appeal. He is fluent in English.
