During 23-25 June 2026, project partners of the GoForward project gathered in Cyprus for a three-day Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA) dedicated to strengthening the educational-social Model “Successful UA Women in CCS.” The meeting focused on reviewing, testing, and improving the project’s learning resources designed to support Ukrainian women in developing self-employment opportunities within the Cultural and Creative Sectors (CCS).
During the first day, partners evaluated the Motivation Workshop “Innovation Solutions in CCS for Ukrainian Women” and the accompanying Digital Pedagogy, exchanging feedback to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the learning programme.
The second day focused on the e-Studio “Women’s Self-Employment in CCS – How to Be Successful.” Participants reviewed the learning materials and Nano Open Online Courses (NOOCs), while also adapting multilingual content, testing assessment tools, and discussing further improvements to the e-learning platform.
On the final day, partners worked on “Ukrainian Women’s Day,” the networking component of the educational-social Model. Discussions centred on strengthening community engagement, supporting labour market integration, and preparing facilitators to successfully deliver networking events for Ukrainian women.
The training concluded with preparations for the upcoming piloting phase, bringing the partnership one step closer to implementing the full GoForward Model and empowering Ukrainian women through education, entrepreneurship, and social inclusion across Europe.
