JANUS+: Learning and assessing soft transversal skills in work-linked trainings to optimize the success of pathways, to prevent from dropouts and to favor employment integration and professional mobility in the long term
Project number 2016-1-FR01-KA202-023852
The JANUS project aims at promoting better integration and assessment of transversal soft skills to develop a comprehensive medium and long-term employability and thus fight against dropouts and unemployment. More and more companies not only look for “intelligent people” but also “smart people” that combine knowledge, skills and attitudes (soft skills) to adapt to constantly evolving contexts and complex situations.
The transnational nature of the JANUS+ project takes on real meaning through the variety of work-linked training contexts in Europe, the different perception of soft transversal skills from a country to another (cultural habits) and the disparity among European countries to measure people attainment in Key Competences.
